We come by and clean your yard on the scheduled day!
We'll send you a bill within three days after the service.
If you are starting monthly services, we'll finalize your pricing and your service day and you'll pay for your first month.
After that, we'll come by regularly and you'll be billed each month.

Usually we'll be by within a couple of days to complete your first visit.

Nope! The pricing is the same no matter the size of your pups. We only charge more for more dogs, larger yards or particularly difficult cleanup areas.

No, we don’t require you to be home so long as we can easily gain access to your yard.

It all depends on how your pup does with strangers. We don't mind working around them, but if they get nervous or aggressive with strangers in the yard, we ask that you keep them restrained while we are there.

Of course! We can call or text to give you a 30 minutes heads up when we are on our way.

Usually, yes. It just depends on what day they visit. Be sure to ask about this when you first speak with us and we'll let you know if it works with our schedule.

We operate from sun up to sun down. The time of day may vary depending on the weather. Usually, we’ll come by earlier in the summer and later in the winter.

This just depends on our schedule capacity when we sign you up. Let us know if you have a specific day you’d like and we’ll try to accommodate you!

This will depend on what our schedule looks like. If you need to change your regular service day, give us a call. We’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Yes we do! We spray all our equipment and our shoes with a disinfectant that kills viruses and bacteria (including parvo) after each yard we clean.

We definitely can! You may pay a little extra if the area is particularly difficult. All pricing will be discussed and approved before regular services begin.

Usually we’ll work anyway, but in the event we have to skip a week, we’ll do double duty the next week once the weather clears up. It is rare we have to cancel a visit. If we do, you’ll be notified the morning of or the night before by your preferred contact method.

You may cancel a single service by giving 24 hours advance notice before your service day. If adequate notice is not given, no refunds will be issued.
Monthly customers wishing to cancel all further services may do so at any point in the service month. Services will be performed as usual through the last day of the month.
We reserve the right to cancel a service for any reason and will notify you in writing at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled service day.
